1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using any PlanifyHer product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our products.
2. Digital Products
All PlanifyHer products are digital files delivered via instant download. No physical items will be shipped. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your digital file(s) through our thank-you page and confirmation email.
3. License — Personal Use Only
When you purchase a PlanifyHer product, you receive a personal-use license:
- You may use the product for your own personal planning and organization.
- You may install and use the product on your personal devices.
- You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or transfer the product to others.
- You may not use the product for commercial purposes unless explicitly stated.
- You may not modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works for distribution.
4. Refunds and Returns
All PlanifyHer products are instant digital downloads. Because digital files cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, all sales are final after purchase. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase of the wrong product, or incompatibility that was disclosed before purchase.
If you have trouble accessing or opening your file, contact hello@planifyher.com with your order details and we will help troubleshoot. Duplicate purchases of the same product may be refunded when you contact us within 7 days with both order records.
5. Intellectual Property
All PlanifyHer products, including designs, layouts, templates, text, graphics, and code, are the intellectual property of PlanifyHer and are protected by copyright law. Your purchase grants you a license to use the product — it does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.
6. Product Accuracy
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, features, and previews are accurate. However, we do not warrant that any product will meet your specific requirements or be error-free. Products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
PlanifyHer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
8. Third-Party Tools
PlanifyHer products are designed to work in standard web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox). We are not responsible for changes made by browser providers that may affect product functionality.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page.
