Digital Products Only
PlanifyHer products are digital downloads. No physical item is shipped, and no shipping fee applies unless a product page clearly states otherwise.
How Website Orders Are Delivered
After successful payment on the PlanifyHer website, the download is made available through the order confirmation flow. Save the delivered files promptly and keep a backup copy in a location you control.
How Etsy Orders Are Delivered
Products purchased on Etsy are delivered through Etsy. Sign in to Etsy in a web browser, open Purchases and reviews, and download the files from the relevant order. The Etsy mobile app may not display the download button.
For help with an Etsy order, use Help with Order or Etsy Messages so the request stays connected to the Etsy order record.
Opening Your Download
- If the download is a ZIP file, extract or unzip it first.
- Open the included Read Me or quick-start guide.
- Open interactive HTML planners in a current version of Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox.
- Do not run the product from inside the ZIP file.
Local Data and Backups
Interactive PlanifyHer tools save entries locally in the browser on the device being used. Entries do not automatically move to another browser or device. Clearing browser data, resetting a device, or losing a device may remove locally stored entries. Use the product's Backup or Export feature regularly and store backup files securely.
Download or Technical Problems
For purchases made on this website, email hello@planifyher.com with the order email, product name, device, browser, and a description or screenshot of the problem. For Etsy purchases, contact PlanifyHer through the Etsy order as described above.
License and Refunds
Purchases include a personal-use license unless the product page expressly states otherwise. Files may not be shared, resold, redistributed, or uploaded for others. See the Terms of Use and Refund Policy for complete conditions.
