Digital Products — All Sales Final
PlanifyHer sells digital products delivered as instant downloads. Because these products are digital and cannot be “returned” once downloaded, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once payment is confirmed and your download is available.
Why No Refunds?
Unlike physical products, digital files cannot be physically returned. Once a digital product is downloaded, it cannot be “un-downloaded.” This is standard practice across all digital product marketplaces, including Etsy, Creative Market, and independent sellers.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing, opening, or using your purchased product:
- Email hello@planifyher.com with your order details.
- We’ll respond within 24 hours to troubleshoot.
- If we cannot resolve the technical issue, we’ll provide a replacement file or an appropriate resolution.
Before You Buy
Please review:
- The product description and feature list.
- The “What’s inside” section.
- Compatibility info (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox).
- Any demo or preview.

Duplicate or Accidental Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us within 7 days with both order numbers and we’ll refund the duplicate charge.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a violation of our Terms of Use. We respond within 24 hours — please contact us first.
