Digital Products
PlanifyHer products are digital files delivered as instant downloads. Because digital files cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, all sales are final after purchase.
Digital Delivery
No physical item will be shipped. Please do not redistribute, resell, or share purchased files. Your purchase is for personal use under our Terms of Use.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing, opening, or using your purchased product:
- Email hello@planifyher.com with your order details.
- We will respond within 24 hours to troubleshoot.
- If we cannot resolve an access or delivery issue, we will provide a replacement file or another appropriate resolution.
Before You Buy
Please review the product description, preview images, compatibility information, and FAQ before purchasing. If you have questions, email hello@planifyher.com.
Your entries save in your browser's local storage on your own device. Use the built-in Backup button after important planning sessions; clearing browser data or switching devices without a backup can remove entries.
Duplicate or Accidental Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us within 7 days with both order numbers and we’ll refund the duplicate charge.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a violation of our Terms of Use. We respond within 24 hours — please contact us first.
