Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 29, 2026
Our Commitment
PlanifyHer wants its website and digital planning tools to be useful to as many people as possible. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as an ongoing goal. This statement describes our current approach and does not claim that every page or product is fully conformant.
Practices We Use
- Semantic headings, labels, and descriptive link text where practical.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and controls as an implementation goal.
- Readable color contrast, visible focus states, and responsive layouts.
- Alternative text for meaningful product and editorial images.
- Support for browser zoom and reduced-motion preferences.
Digital Product Considerations
PlanifyHer products are interactive files that run in a web browser. Accessibility can vary with the product, browser, device, assistive technology, and zoom or display settings. Some complex dashboards, charts, exported files, or third-party checkout and delivery services may have limitations outside our direct control.
Need an Alternative or Assistance?
If a barrier prevents you from reviewing a product description, completing a purchase, downloading a file, or using a purchased product, email hello@planifyher.com. Please include the page or product name, the problem you encountered, and the device, browser, or assistive technology you were using.
For an Etsy purchase, contact PlanifyHer through Help with Order or Etsy Messages so the request remains connected to the Etsy order.
Ongoing Improvements
Accessibility is part of our continuing design and quality process. We review reported barriers and prioritize improvements based on their impact and the resources available to a small digital-product business.
